The potential is there, once we have proven up the gas, Shantou can be irrelevant for all we care. at the moment, they appear to me as if they are simply a shell company who will make it big on the back of ICN. To take on such a large GSA, you would imagine they would have certain credibility already.
For what is supposedly a large and credible company, nothing is done to sell their capability. They could just be a $1 dollar company who is trying to be a middle man who will strike rich taking commission.
