Etherazer, you have to tell me any reasons why the ROC board (that, without a doubt, know the company development situation better than anyone and has recently done an incredible job for the company) should then decide to put forward a merger that, according to your opinion, is unfair and against the interests of ROC shareholders, when the ROC board members are indeed also ROC shareholders and the ROC sp has been increased by 0.13c (about +30%) after merger announced.
