Sharetrade,
on a quarterly basis the price is determined within the pre-determined price range by reference to the market price. Once a year the price thus determined is escalated taking into account changes in project operating and sustaining capital costs.
Consequently the price being paid by HCS is perfectly independent from actual market prices once the ceiling price has been hit.
