Oz Brewing (ASX:OZB) has received a price and volume query from the Australian Stock Exchange for a 60% rise in its share price.
Volume has also tracked higher today with over 14 million shares traded by mid afternoon which is the highest since 2011.
In April, the company received a Letter of Support confirming that CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd and Trident Capital Pty Ltd are in the process of finalising a mandate whereby CPS and Trident will on a best endeavours basis, be raising up to $500,000 capital.It had also brought to an end legal proceedings against Volcan Australia Corporation.
