I do understand the term screwed. You stated you had evidence the company is screwed which I requested, at the moment all we have been given by the company is a comment stating their progress on site and with cornerstone investors. I'm well aware their current circumstances more than most on here, and your definition of screwed is simply subjective of your opinion. It is opinion that there is no support.

I do not think we can or it is wise to assume they are screwed. Individuals and parties with faith in the project have accepted shares as payment, anyone with enough faith, and capability could manage this company out if it's current hole. There are many parties watching the company awaiting their entry whom hold much capital that they can sink into bringing Mount Kare to life, and discounting them or the upcoming EGM based on subjective opinion isn't wise.
