this is a friggin awesome result people....once again bravo IVR for settling this with a good clean strategy and at a time when the market values Peterlumbo at bugger all..

the cash equivalent of $480 k under escrow for 12 months allows hindmarsh to save face.. but most importantly it delivers IVR 100% of pjv.. and 100% control

forget trying to value Peterlumbo on this deal.. this is all about cleaning up a mess that was not of IVRs doing but is IVRs responsibility to manage..

now they can get on with it free of the shackles and uncertainty of unpaid debts!
