I think you have done an admirable job in formulating these resolutions. I am sure all posters appreciate your diligence and efforts on our behalf.
I am an old guy and have been involved in many boardroom scraps. Whenever I draft a resolution for Board consideration, I invariably seek a legal opinion before submitting the resolution. Legal experts are skilled in these matters and I have found it to be an invaluable exercise.
That is why I suggested in my post earlier today that the final draft should be checked by a legal person. The ASX will also offer guidance if asked. I am sure the posters would chip in to pay for any advice. Jack.
