Australia has always been the land of opportunity. Now all you have to decide is are you an opportunist wanting success for yourself and others or are you a negative sad doomsdayer that hopes selfishly that others will fail so you can have the mistakes of your past erased and your turn over?

All your graph says to anyone is if you buy now you are buying at the peak and a fall is inevitable. Each to their own but you make your money in property when you buy .... and now is not a great time to buy at all.
