The current market cap is around $190mn. The investor presentation of 20th Feb 2014 states on page 31 that milestone payments of around $195mn (25+50+120) are expected between now and 2020 ie. approximately next six years. Thats a near 100% ROIC over 6 years. I must be a fool not to hold this stock in my portfolio and ever think of selling it. IMHO this will be a great buy if price falls further.
USA is important market; but not as much as it used to be. It def is not the only market in the world with Asian economies flaring up and launch in Asia round the corner.
