I hope the next Ann is about money for the project.
A CR won't raise enough.
To put it simply I compare this to someone selling you a Rolls Royce for 10c great!
Problem is hasn't been driven for 5yrs and will need a complete service and then fuelled.
If you only have a $1 you can say look I own a Roller but all you get to do is keep it clean.
