cant see why i'd put more $$ in. surely if it lived i could buy on market with less risk, and after what i'd expect to be a flood of very peeved shareholders looking to get what they could out ASAP following relisting.
any chance the last prospectus was put together in such a way that would provide a basis for legal action? imho it also seems an open question as to whether directors and company officers are personally at risk if this company does go down.
