CK I think that the last prospectus may have been issued WITHOUT all the relevant financial information included. I think this because of the wording in the Company's announcements today and the closeness in time between the last TH and cap raise and this current TH for capital raising. My opinion is that businesses work better if they have good competent people in all the functions I think it would be a shame if they'd only managed to get competent and professional advise from their lawyers....
