These guys will put CSE on the Company AMEX over the phone then bring the Gulfstreams down with cash for Syrah.  I don't envisage any takeover defence, what Glencore do is look after employees with generous bonuses and will be very aggressive if Syrah is on the buy list.  This will be over in a week.
