Sell Newcrest, buy Northern Star, say analysts
It was a classic tale of two Aussie gold miners this week as Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST) cheered the best of times while its embattled peer Newcrest Mining (ASX: NCM) endured more of the worst of times.
Newcrest and Northern Star, numbers one and two respectively in the ASX gold production rankings, were the subject of sharply contrasting research reports.
