Down...because the quarterly will have downside. Dollars in can not keep ahead of dollars out without hoping on luck. Luck that LAMP fires on all cylinders and that the demand for REE dramatically increases the prices.
I respect all the arguments that LAMP is a complex plant and issues need ironing out. But this company doesn't need an iron...it needs an industrial press! And IMO...Amanda is just another 'fluffy' CEO who isn't direct with her wording. And the Market hates that.
