possibly, however my view is Bru has tight cash flow until Ungani brings in more than it costs, and with any surplus to be sufficient pay for some very, very expensive plans. Halliburton are still yet to register as a charity and I'd imagine they play even harder than any potential JVP. imho there is really real risk that failing to take a 'bad' deal now might result in 'getting' a worse deal later. hope Bru shareholders as a class in general weren't let down by any major Bru shareholder trying to protect their own holding.....
