MSB is no different to many other companies, they tend to treat their retail investors like mushrooms. I think that MSB should consider making regular status reports to investors. This incremental information might be boring but it would fill the vacuum and assist investors to make rational decisions and it might make for an sp that moves on facts rather than whim.
