I believe POS is only listed on the ASX however, you can trade the stock in both Germany and the US.
Frankfurt: NYG1, USA: PSDNF, these are local overseas trading centres and the price is reflected in either Euro or USD.
Any news will come from Australia and reported OS at a later date.
