At 1.6 cents it is still trading with a negative enterprise value. ie: trading below cash value (that adjusts for what ENI says NEN owes it), so below 1.7 cents it's a reasonable buy anyway, and that's before any insurance pay out, and before any negototiated settlement with ENI below the $22m they've acousted NEN with.
We seem to have broken the big trendline at 1.5/1.6 cents. Looking for follow through today to confirm.
