The volume available under 5c is not much now. That makes sense since the CR was all that put it a little under 5c in the first place, and the t/o proposal then knocked it right down. The value in RHT is still there and although there might be a bit of selling under 5c I don't think it will be a lot. After the July quarterly there is a good chance 5c will never be seen again.
