thank you for explicitly expressing your displeasure with the board ...until 2 posts ago,you have never express displeasure with the board...and was in fact was on mission to "shoot down" any dissenters...and how do you know that TZ's imminent cap raising has not been discussed around the investment community? In fact I am quite sure there has been lots of chatters about the subject...
