Good volume but little movement. I suspect Apex are buying cheap (remembering they are happy to pay 30c at the placement) and taking shares off those that have become disillusioned.

I could be wrong but if you want out why wouldnt you wait until after the EGM when there is a very good chance that Apex will buy on market to take their stake up to 10%. At this rate Apex will get their 10% at bargain basement prices.
