They cant drill Tanzania until Dec qtr 2015. Apparently the area is flooded most of the year. The weather window runs from Sept to Dec.
Q4 2014 they'll run seismic there but wont have time to analyse it and drill in the same weather window.
Therefore, no drilling until Q4 2015, at least in the Tanzania permits.
As for the SC55 farmout, still a chance.
However I also get the impression from comments in the quarterly that OEL are preparing shareholders for disappointment. Also note the last two broker reports were removed from the website recently. From memory they both contained positive speculation wrt the chances of an SC55 farmout. Just my thoughts.
