Quick update on the court case - no action since Middleton J directions.and orders. No $$$ lodged etc yet.
Note also some of the conditions for the appeal to proceed:
Not later than 4.00pm on 17 July 2014, the appellant [TNC] must submit draft indexes to Parts A and B of the Appeal Book, agreed by all parties, for the Registrar’s approval.
By 25 July 2014, the appellant [TNC] give security to the second respondent in the sum of $15,000 by payment into the Court.
