Dragon's Vammala Environment permit June 24th2014

Based on public documents Dragon has got an update of the environmental permit of
Vammala plant on June 24th 2014. The process included critical comments by environmental organizations,
and the permit is more strict than previous one. For example there is no longer default
water dumping rights, but only in case of emergency and like. Dragon needs to improve recycling
of waters. Arsene in dust need to be checked.
