    Transaction costs have been stated to be $20m.

    No change to dividend payout ratio of 40-50%.

    I get 4.5c as a mid range estimate of dividends. Thats assuming jaya profits include (dont see why not though as the transaction was completed in June and includes their cash balance (thoough cant find anything about this). Otherwise your estimate is pretty on the ball.
