I travel around the world all the time and see the overwhelming majority of countries with nothing like what we give our employees. Yet it is not good enough apparently. The AGE of ENTITLEMENT is over. You lot have taken too much and given little in return.

Returning to employment, if you want a job, there are millions of them out there. It may not be what you want, but that means jacksh*t. You don't get to choose how you earn your living.!!! I don't give a flying fig how multiskilled or how many pieces of paper a person has. If they are prepared to work and work well( a critical difference!!!), they can always get a job.

They are being paid less for every single hour for the rest of the year to cover for the 6 weeks. Well, that's what happens in well run businesses.
