How does this work please?

Does anyone know the relationship to the shares listed on the LSExchange please ?
Are they a depository receipt thing ? that follows the asx listed TPT ? or are they one of the same which can be converted from one to the other like some do with other exchanges ?
The reason I ask is the below comment from London where the poster states or implies they won't have a suspension there if we do here ?

We are at the mercy of GALP on this one.
I'm pretty sure there will be a trading halt on
asx at some point at which time the AIM will go nuts.
If PIs can't see this sp is a gift they need their heads examined
