Who pulled the plug on WEG?

Having retired out of the Insurance Industry I would think Directors and Officers of PLV and others would have ensured they had Directors and Officers Insurance in place.

Company Directors and Officers have a responsibility to act in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.

By Retiring/resigning a Directorships does not mean they are in the clear.

The Question that will be at the forefront of many Shareholders, particularly those that have lost much money, is have the Directors and Officers fully discharged their responsibilities .
