Mgmt Fail ?? ...not been many of these as far as I'm aware well not with TON MGMT anyways... Anyone can leak news ... company Brokers, accountants even a secretaries to cleaners ... ... not a mgmt fail ... but given we are in a halt it make little difference if news is out...
