Placement would have been done after mangement showed them how good prospect there will be buying into. If these are smart investors would they want to sell at .61 or lower or would they want to keep for $1. If $1 is achieved would they keep for $2 or ....up n up. Are they smart investors or not. 10m shares would well be traded in one day for 61c or less if they want to sell them let them. If you want to dump them at 61c down to placement price do so. Or they might be a pump to let them out at a higher price.

Past experience you will be chasing all your shares back paying higher and holding less. Good luck, TON might be out of trading halt soon as the cat out of bag last night or until the money is in the bag. I think it already is.
