Wonder if Apex are still interested in paying 30c - maybe they don't want to participate in the placement, esp. when they can get the shares on market at 25c. (A bit like Thorney group pulling out). Someone decent is dumping onto the buyers, regardless of what Smuggler is saying. If Apex and UOB are trying to accumulate and hold it down, they must be dumping nearly as many as they are buying at the moment. Any sign of Thorney Group buying shares in QTK? I couldn't see them, even though some in here have mentioned that Thorney Group tried to negotiate to buy at 25c instead of the original 35c.
