So now it's a mater of public record that SiS & Richard as a Director hasn't paid wages and entitlements to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars - thus the statutory demand.
Interesting that SiS & Richard didn't even bother to respond to the statutory demand and that they didn't bother to provided a solvency statement - Solvency is a pretty easy thing to determine - it's can you pay your bills.
It seems this is how Richard runs the companies he controls.
The excuse for an adjournment was that he needed the books audited - if you don't know if you can't pay your bills -why are you running a company - they now have to be independently audited.
And he still has to prove solvency.
So nothing has changed except he has spent more money he doesn't have and there is a new hearing date.
