AGS should not be penalised by being diluted
AGS are not issuing shares in AGS but using the AGS shareprice and a 2 month average to determine a price for initially 14.9 % of ACE then using the same period later to determine the price for a further 25.1% of ACE giving Itochu 40% of ACE for 20m. atm imo
That's my take on it but I am starting to get confused.!
Itochu could exercise its right for 40% of ACE and AGS pull out of the Deloitte sale process with around 20m in the bank but only owning 60% of ACE. That's alright if the Uranium price stays low for a couple of years or more?
Its too complicated for me trying to work out what is going on and the above is starting to get/sound ridiculous. Does Ian Gandel know, himself? !
