Exergen are proving the commercial viability of CHTD, so of course it is dot joining! Fortunately those behind Exergen are putting $50 million dollars into proving the tech. They are confident. CSIRO are confident in the CHTD tech. And I expect Greg Hunt is also in that camp. He has stated he has been involved in extensive negotiations with power companies for refitting their generators.
