The answer is no to both questions.
However Mark Chalmers (a Canadian) and ex VP of Heathgate left last year.
Mark was in charge of all Uranium mining by Heathgate worldwide.
He came from the Canadian Uranium Industry, and since he left Heathgate it has been rumoured he has been busy getting Canadian and Australian Interests talking.
