TIS response announcement?

"My expectations in relation to announcements have been significantly adjusted today. I now do not expect an announcement from the company until final approval. Unfortunately that leaves me with a great deal of guesswork about the final approval date because we will not know when TIS submits answers to the list of questions and therefore we won't know when the clock re-starts."

I don't know on what basis he/she made this observation, but it may be that all those awaiting an announcement that the response has been sent to the EMA will never get one.

Revreboot, can you clarify?
