Even for the dummies who want to buy the shares and hold for at least 2 weeks then buy the option and send a conversion form and 15c per option and you get a share. So why pay 27c when you can pay 9.6c + 15c = 24.6c and for the long term players you dont have to pay the 15c now you can trade with it elsewhere and then over the next 2+ years you can convert and sell the share or just sell the option. NO RISK.
