I have decided that Lone Star is not acting in the best interest because when a takeover offer is made it is clear that shares have to go into TH for Lone Star to say that it should be announced today is wishful thinking as per the announcement it will be made avail at the latest on Monday. If required the vote/meeting can be adjourned until all details are available. To change the board now is silly, we can always do that at a later date. Lone Star does not care about the shareholders, they just want a quick profit. Anyone that has The Australian have a read in the article on US shale oil in the business section and you will stay clear of Lone Star.
