I like the docklands but yeah there is a glut of apartments in the cbd. I'd like to buy a 3 bed penthouse to downsize to when I retire. At the mo though I'm seeing very good value WIlliamstown-excellent location, schools and transport and you can still pick up 600m2 blocks for $900k
