I understand the points you are making. I know that the potential buyer is going to enter a marriage made in hell (assuming the buyer is not HG / Quasar). Potential suitors will be eyeing up their marriage partner very carefully and will want a discount to compensate for the expected marital disharmony!

However, we don't have to sell unless the shareholders choose to do so. I for one would vote to delay any sale until the uranium price is $70+/ lb. I am happy to wait. I have waited almost a decade already - what is a couple more years?. Rather that than accept a firesale price at the moment.

The problem is that AGS is on a cash burn and we will run out of money before the expected uranium renaissance occurs. To paraphrase John Maynard Keynes " the uranium market can remain irrational longer than AGS can remain solvent".

Despite all of the above, I believe that when Uranium is selling at $70+/lb, our 25% share of this magnificent deposit will be worth a bloody sight more that $100 million. That is what I am prepared to wait for and I sincerely hope a majority of shareholders hold the same view.
