I'm terrible a predicting future share prices. But FRI's sp does vary quite a bit throughout the year, so likely another buying opportunity ahead (ex-div though). I bought my holdings during 1st half of 2013, but then added quite a bit more from April to June 2014 on "dips" -- I quote "dips" because FRI didn't dip that much, stayed mostly above $1.55.
When the bears growl about interest rates or troubles with Perth's economy, FRI will likely have a real dip to present another buying opportunity. Only worry will be how many of FRI's buyers are investors rather than home owners. Investors provide more volatile demand, I think. But FRI is building some mid-range apartments just outside the CBD, which would appeal to home owners. If buyer demand continues, then FRI will have nice upside in 2015 or 2016 with considerable new developments planned.
