LOL - yes funnily enough I did read one or two history books... on the way to gaining a Masters in Middle Eastern Studies at Kings College London.
As for Iran's nuclear program - there is one problem with that argument and that is that Israel didn't keep theirs peaceful did they? They can hardly jump up and down about Iran's program when they have had one for years.
