    I believe it was 24m notes at 25c each.

    If that it's possible for him to convert the notes (i'm not sure if it is now), he'd have control of 56.6m shares, or with Polo's direct stake, 61.3m. That is approx 52% of the total shares on issue if my calcs are correct.

    Well worth a call to confirm.
