State approval (PMP) still needed, possibly for both NT and now WA? With the recent decision to treat ore in WA, it may also need an amendment to their environmental approval as these tend to be pretty specific, especially the tailings dam and use of chemicals (cyanide) side of things. I hope the change of treatment option has been taken into account in the submissions.
