Nabaru, go and read the final report to NTEPA. It specifically states that one of the options to processing at Twin Bonanza is to truck ore to Coyote and if viable in the longer term, to build a private haul road to Coyote.
My guess is that the agreement to lease Coyote was the cause of the delayed assessment decision. ABU would have had to add the variation to the approval documents.
The original assessment decision was due on 26 June and on that date, the feds released a notice of delay of decision until 24 July.
No likelihood of any need to reassess IMO. If ABU decide to build a haul road, that would probably require another approval process, but that is unlikely until we buy out Coyote assets.
