Gutnick has no right to convert the notes now, it's at BLK's discretion if they allow it or not.
the vote is simple:
vote for the existing management
or
vote for blokes that ran hill end gold - HEG are down 97% since 2010 and have diluted s/h by 57%.
as far as polo goes, I really couldn't say if they will vote with or against Gutnick. alls I know is they took a good stake from gutnick and have the option to buy the rest.
but ss, I agree with you the best case scenario for all would be for Gutnick to sell his stake if the vote doesn't go his way.
