well in my experiences the only major concern I have and in my opinion only is that the company is based in WA, I don't know if you guys have any experience with dealing in management's and HQ's based in WA but they tend to normally screw people over borderline illegal, that's the only concern I have with RMR, a lot of people are warned away from companies that operate out of Perth and WA in general due to so many "funny" things happening to managements getting wealthy and stocks going under all the time....
