Well, the splitting up of assets into various entities seems to have ceased and Malnic is no longer on board - [did he jump or was he pushed - who cares?]
These were the two main actions recommended by many posters on HC pretty much as soon as the BS started. So far, so good but keep in mind this was all totally foreseeable and avoidable.
The problem remaining for the board is that an impartial view of the underlying ethos of the company would indicate an affinity with that of a couple of 17 year old crack heads doing a smash and grab at a servo!
Any one can see that the market is going to steer a wide berth away from SOC until there is clear, recognisable and sincere change for the better.
And to think SOC was a market darling and didn't seem to be putting a foot wrong 9 months ago!
