Just read that Joko Widodo has won the presidential election. This is good news; the other guy Prabowo Subianto was more "nationalist anti-foreign investment". Joko is known as a reformer and quoted as saying he wants to forge closer ties with Australia. If there is anyone reading this from Indonesia I would be interested to hear about your take on the election outcome.
This might give more confidence to foreign investment in Indo overall, but I doubt it will do much for QPN. I mean, how can you have confidence in a company that makes every effort to ignore genuine concerns from shareholders and keeps moving the goal posts every six months? I am still a long suffering holder in this stinker, why I bother I do not know. Wait and see what the quarterly brings...hmmm.
